Davri Zainoeddin, Chef de Cuisine Davri Zainoeddin, a Native New Yorker with parents of Australian and Indonesian descent. He studied Culinary Arts in Florence, Italy and landed his first New York City gig 10 years ago.  Working through several different cuisines, Davri joined Salvation Taco in October 2014.

Mariana Ross, General Manager Mariana, a native New Yorker, began her hospitality career when she was 14 at Shea Stadium peddling Dip n’ Dots.  Working her way through all Front of House positions, she joined the April Bloomfield and Ken Friedman restaurant group back in 2010.

Audrey McLeod. Pastry Chef Audrey grew up in New Jersey. she was inspired to become a chef by helping her father in the kitchen, making desserts while he cooked for family and friends.  she landed her first job in a professional kitchen when she was 17,  attended CIA to study pastry arts, and has been growing in the industry ever since.
